The lasting worker migrants

This research paper is a part of the PhD dissertation “The importance of social networks for the integration of Central and Eastern European migrant workers”. The focus of this research paper is on data from a completed survey regarding the background of the migrants, their motives for settling in Denmark and their experiences on the Danish labour market. At a later point, a second research paper will focus on the labour market integration of migrant workers over time and which variables affect the process of integration.
