The future of work in the Nordic countries

Anna Ilsøe and Trine P. Larsen from FAOS have in collaboration with Nordic research colleagues presented the first results from the project ‘The Future of Work’ at ILO’s 100 year anniversary conference on Iceland the 4th to 5th of April 2019. A central part of the project is to analyze the development in traditional and new forms of employment in the Nordic countries, and how the labor markets social partners deals with the new challenges caused by the increase in new flexible types of employment.

At the conference Anna Ilsøe participated in a panel debate about the future og work in the Nordic countries, while Trine P. Larsen did a presentation on equal pay and temporarily employed.
